Nine years of production line and a few seasons of very weak sales have earned the Japanese house Honda decided to end production of the Honda Element.
There has been good experience with this SUVĀ car and now the Japanese brand will devote their attention to other models that will definitely prove more interesting to them and the general public.
The news about the release of the production line of Honda Element adds another more data: the model Honda disappear from the catalog once the series is over 2011.
Since its inception back in 2002, the largest automotive market Honda Element has been without doubt the United States of America, where they have since placed more than 325,000 units in the streets. But things have not always been rosy for the Element and little by little the public has begun to tilt and other options for the brand (and other houses, of course) might as well be the Honda CR-V, which is ultimately a vehicle less spender and more beautiful from the aesthetic point of view.
Advantages and pros have not missed the Honda Element, but nothing has been enough for people to continue choosing. This is a very generous space vehicle with an interior that has seized the place in a just phenomenal. The amplitude begins right now to enter, with doors that open in opposite directions (the lead in the traditional sense and back, a little smaller, in the sense of the old doors “suicide”). Another remarkable point in the Honda Element is the tremendous number of variations when moving the seats, no more and no less than 64 different options, no small feat.
From the perspective of aesthetics, the Element has also managed to be very particular, with lines at first glance appear to be very “square” but when observed in detail far from that. But not from this side of the vehicle has done to convince and then why keep insisting?
But things have not gone well and that’s as it is known beforehand that there is very little time to live. Gone was the tremendous flexibility, fun and a sense of freedom proposed by this model. From now on, Honda should point the guns toward another product. Users also …
